I am called home.

I fall in the snow storm only to look up at good and Evil staring back.

Hang Them High
Boom the dust raises and than settles as a group of five people set up a wooden beam with a arm that hangs off to the left. As the hour comes for a soul to be damn for his crimes. Our friend the Stranger stands watch as the men finish there work. The undertaker appears our a dark hole and asks can they see us? The stranger just shakes his head no. The undertaker says good I want to get in and out. As the Undertaker walks off to wait for the appropriate time. The stranger asks around town to see who is the judge one. He goes into the saloon and sits at the bar and the bartender asks what will you have. The stranger says just milk and the barkeep laughs and says ok. The stranger asks who is being hanged at noon tommow? The barkeep says the mayor for stealing money and killing a poor farmer and his family over land. The stranger says thank you for the drink and the news. As he leaves out the waitress asks who was that? The barkeep just says don't know but he gives off a feeling of hope and sadness how strange. The stranger heads down the walk way and sees children playing cowboys and Indian. He looks up to see a crowd gathering at the church for prayer so that the souls find heaven and peace. Four carriages pull up and they unload four tombs. A father, mother, daughter and son all lead in to the church in coffins by friends and family. The stranger walks in through the door to the sheriff's office and see the sheriff rubbing his head because his friend was the farmer. The sheriff gets up and draws his gun an points it at the mayor. The sheriff says he was my friend and you killed him but not only that his wife was my sister. The mayor just smiles and laughs for he had a plan to get out of jail. For he was the one that send men in to kill the farmer and his family to get the land. The land was rich with gold and was wasted on the family. The sheriff shakes as he gentle squeezes the trigger of the gun. In his head he keeps saying no one will care if I kill this bastard. The stranger walks up to the side of the sheriff and puts his hand on the gun and gentle gets him to lower it down. The sheriff walks out to get air and a drink. The stranger sees the mayor laugh and say he could not take it. The stranger walks through the bars and garbs the head of the mayor and the mayor screams as the stranger makes him feel the pain of those that he killed over and over. The stranger steps back and shows his self to the mayor the looks with fear in his heart and mind. The undertaker steps in and says am I tardy to the party. The mayor screams for help but the undertaker laughs. No one can hear you because I won't let them ha-ha. The strangers tells the undertaker that the plan he had was for his men to come at night and break him free. The undertaker nods and walks out back. The stranger summons his darker side to light and the smokes being smiles with evil intent. The mayor says what are you going to do to me. The stranger just say not me but my other will look over you till it is your time. As the stranger walks out the dark one kneels and pats the ground twice once on the left and once on the right. The wood floor creeps and twists than finally opens for two hell hounds to climb out and stand guard with the dark one. The mayor pisses his self and try's to talk but nothing comes out. The dark one says silences is golden is it not. The mayor says who are you as he stutters to finish the sentence. He says are you from hell like a Demon? The dark one says no I am just the other half of the stranger the one that will harm those that deserves it. The stranger stands before the hanging structure but feels a lost soul holding his hand he looks and see the little girl that was killed by the men. She wear a white dress with four bullet holes and the front was covered in blood. He kneels before her and asks why was she not with her family in heaven. she hugs the stranger and fades away. Night falls and the undertaker sees the bandits ride up and try to get ready to break out the mayor. But the undertaker steps out and spins his shovel. The bandits shoot there guns and the bullets turn to ashes in the wind. The mayor screams make it stop as he hears the screams and cries for help from the bandits out back. The town was quiet not a word was heard as the bandits died. The sheriff was on patrol around town and saw the undertaker walk out of town with six coffins in a line. He goes to draw his gun but the Stranger says it is fine we are here to insure that the mayor meets his end, the six coffins was his friends that were laying in wait to free him. The sheriff was scared but felt the kindness the stranger has in his heart. The stranger holds out his hand and the sheriff slowly reaches for it and shake his hand but as he does he sees his friend and sister happy in heaven. He cries and falls to his knees as the stranger walks away in to the darkness. The next day arrives and the time strikes noon and the priest reads the mayor his rights but he is to scared because he now knows what lays on the other side of the light. The sheriff puts the noose around the mayors neck and strings it tight. The mayor takes one last look at the crowd and sees the family that was killed by his hands. The floor drops from under him and that was all. Everyone walks away and the undertaker walks up to the mayors body that was hanging there and he reaches in to the chest and takes the soul to the underworld. Death appears and says you do a good job why have you not consider being a massager of mine my love. The stranger says I am not a weapon just a soul that wants to save people but I can't save them all. A portal opens and his master reaches in and pulls him back home. Death says one day you will come around my love.
